WHAT SIZE KIT SHOULD I ORDER? If you wish to do a complete body wrap, I would recommend ordering NO LESS than the Basic Kit, but would STRONGLY suggest getting either the Deluxe or Ultimate Kit. The Mini Wrap Kit is strictly for partial wraps, i.e. legs only, tummy or the buttocks. The mini kit comes with 16 oz. of mud/clay and 6 wraps. It takes 4 - 6 wraps just to wrap only the legs (my legs take 2 wraps each!) If you are not sure which kit would be best....just send me an email with your height & weight. I'll be glad to help you!
You may wear what you like, keeping in mind that your skin needs as much contact with the mud as possible. A bra, sports bra or swimsuit top, along with panties, swimsuit bottoms, or a thong. Be sure to cover skin under the clothing with mud before applying the wraps.
The first wrap always takes the longest. It will take approximately 10-20 minutes to take your measurements and record them. Next, you will apply the dead sea mud and start wrapping. This step will take approximately 15-30 minutes. The more times you wrap, the better and faster you will get. Once you have finished wrapping, you will put on the sauna suit and relax for one hour. When your hour is up, unwrap and re-measure. HOW MANY WRAPS WILL I NEED? Those unwanted inches and cellulite did not happen overnight and will not go away overnight. WHAT DO I DO WHILE I AM IN THE WRAPS? This is totally up to you. Most of my customers prefer to sit or lay down and read, listen to music or nap. A couple of my customers like to do light exercise such as walk on a treadmill. Keep in mind the wraps are restrictive and your range of motion will be limited. WHAT DO I DO AFTER THE WRAP?
HOW OFTEN CAN I WRAP? I recommend my wrap customers wait 1-3 days between wraps. However, you may wrap as often as you like. For instance, you may want to lose inches for a special occasion. You can wrap every day or do several wraps in one day to achieve your desired results. HOW DO I CLEAN THE WRAPS AND SAUNA SUIT? This is the easiest part! After the wrap, you can wash the wraps and sauna suit in the washing machine - hot or warm water to wash, cold water to rinse. You may add bleach if you wish. Hang both the wraps and sauna suit to dry. WHICH PRODUCT IS BETTER IF I WANT TO LOSE INCHES - THE DEAD SEA MUD OR BENTONITE CLAY? You will get great results with either the Dead Sea Mud or the Bentonite Clay. They will both do the same wonderful things for your body & skin: Reduce inches, re-mineralize your skin, help reduce cellulite, tone and tighten your skin and most importantly, remove toxins. The difference is in their molecular structure, where they come from and they way they "do what they do". The Dead Sea Mud is from Israel and has no additives. It has been used for thousands of years for its healing properties. Even today people travel from all over the world to bathe in the waters of the Dead Sea and cover their bodies with Dead Sea Mud. I find that I sell more of the Dead Sea Mud because more people have heard of it. The Bentonite clay is mined here in the United States and also has no additives. The American Indians have used this clay for centuries as a cure for many illnesses and ailments. Bentonite Clay is second to none in removing toxins from the body. WHAT IF I CAN'T DECIDE WHICH ONE TO ORDER? Just let me know, and I’ll be glad to split your order between the two. That way you can try both and see which you like the best. HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM WRAPPING TIGHT ENOUGH? The wraps do have to be tight – not so that the circulation is cut off – but tight. I can honestly say that when I wrap myself, it is never a comfortable experience. There have been a few times when I have wrapped way too tight (and you will know when you do that!) and I have had to go back and loosen up a little in that area. Just practice, practice, practice - and with all that practice, you will be losing inches in the process.
