The response to the HCG Diet Protocol has been great !  There are a couple of things I would like to tell you.
First – my cousin Misty started the HCG Diet Protocol last Thursday, April 29th.  On day eight she had lost 16 lbs. and said she
was literally walking out of her shoes!

Second – when I say you are to do no exercise on the diet – I mean NO EXERCISE!
That even means any kind of heavy lifting (which could be compared to lifting weights).  You could sabotage your weight loss.
What happens is when you exercise, your body thinks it is going into starvation mode and will try to hang onto the fat.  And when your body
tries to hang onto the fat, your weight loss will stall.
So ~ Just Say No To Exercising While on the HCG Diet Protocol.
Please email if you have any questions about  the HCG Diet Protocol or Body Wrapping.  Have a great weekend !

Hi Everyone – Hope you are having a wonderful spring!

Well, today is our (mine & my husband’s) 29th anniversary.  That sure is a long time!
There’s been good times, there’s been some hard times, but all in all we’ve had a pretty good life.
We’ve been blessed with two great kids (young adults now!), a beautiful home and lots of family and friends.
So ~ here’s to 29 more!

In case you haven’t noticed, I have added a new product – the HCG Diet Protocol.
I used it two years ago and lost 22 lbs.  I have been getting lots of emails and orders since I added it last weekend.
Let me say, it may not be a miracle, but it sure is close!

HCG is taken orally, under the tongue either 2 or 3 times a day to be rapidly absorbed which allows a person to subsist more on their
stored fat than on what they eat. It triggers the body to provide a constant flow of food received from the fat that your body is breaking down
and using. That means burning
3500 to 4000 calories of stored fat and losing 1 to 2 pounds a day.

The diet last 26 days – but you can do it twice back to back.  If you feel you need to do another round or two of the diet, you would need
to stay off of the HCG for 6 – 8 weeks, then start again.

The reason I decided to add this product is this – I receive emails everyday from men & women who are looking for a way to lose weight.
They have tried everything out there and are at their wit’s end. I just felt like I could help.  Several of my friends and family are on it and
here are their results so far:

Brandy – 19 lbs. in 23 days
Veronica – 11 lbs in 18 days
Claudia – 7.3 lbs in 11 days (12.5 inches)

( I hope to have pictures soon to show you!)

“What are the plastic foot covers for and why do I need to use them?”

That is one of the main questions I get over and over.  When you body wrap yourself, I have to admit, it can get messy.
The foot covers serve two purposes:
1.   Protection for your floor
2.   A way to catch the toxins that are being expelled from your body.

Your body is bombarded by toxins every day.  The food you eat, the air you breathe, the cleaners you use around the house –
everything has some sort of toxin in it that your body absorbs.  Body wrapping can help you to get rid of these toxins by giving your
lymphatic system a “push” to expel them.

Over the July 4th weekend, I body wrapped a friend of mine who wanted to look good for a party she was going to at the lake.
The body wrapping went great – she lost a total of 8.5 inches.  When it was time to unwrap her, I removed the plastic foot covers first.

I was so surprised when I took them off.  The foot cover that came off of her left foot had almost a pound of liquid in it, and the one
on her right foot had over 8 oz. of liquid in it.  I asked her if I could take a picture of it to show on my website.
So what I have here are two pictures:

1) The bag of liquid that came off of her left foot. Notice how cloudy the liquid is.
2) I actually weighed the bag – 15.6 oz !

There are two things I want to talk about today, so here goes……
First…...Skincare.  Votre Vu Skincare to be exact (my new favorite products!) If you are like me, and I know there are a lot of you out there,
you have tried everything that you possibly could in the way of skincare. I have bought cleansers, toners, moisturizers, eye creams, wrinkle creams,
anything imaginable to take care of my skin.  Some of it was good, Most of it was bad, but I have never found anything that I would recommend,
much less want to sell.  Until now that is…..

My friend Felicia introduced me to Votre Vu.  She sent me an email and brought me some samples to try.  From the first moment
I opened one of the sample packs (the hand cream), I was hooked!  It smelled wonderful (good enough to eat!)  and it felt like silk on my hands.
I couldn’t wait to get home to try the other samples.

Day One – I received soooo many compliments on my complexion.
Day Two – Several of my friends wanted to know what I was using because they wanted some too!
Day Three – I ordered my start-up kit and my first order.
Now I am ready to go and can’t stop talking about it!

Votre Vu is a new skincare line, so it may not be in your area yet. If not, you can be the first in your city to say OOH LA LA!
If you would like for me to send you some free samples, send your name, address and skin type
(normal, mature, sensitive or oily)  to:
susan@bodybeautifulbodywraps.com

If you would like to check out the products that Votre Vu has to offer, here’s the link:

Second……Hormones – Bioidentical Hormones that is.  I am reading the book “Ageless” by Suzanne Somers.  This is Suzanne’s 16th book,
and let me tell you, she is not the “Dumb Blonde”  as portrayed on the TV show Three’s Company.  Suzanne has come a long way
and boy has she got her stuff together.  I have become interested in hormones over the past year. Like most women my age (40-something),
I started noticing changes and I did not like it!  But I also knew that I did not want to take synthetic hormones.  I am more than half-way through
the book and like what I have read so far.  Apparently, you have a saliva test done (either at the Dr’s office or a compounding pharmacy) to get your
hormone levels, then work with your Dr. on getting your hormone levels back to where they should be through
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.  I’ll let you know how it goes!

Have a Great Week!

Susan
